Directions to our office for office visits
If you are traveling from the South: Exit Interstate 89 at Exit 16 and head north on Route 2/7. At the third traffic light, make a left turn onto Rathe Road. Immediately, turn into the driveway on the right. 875 Roosevelt Highway is the first building on your left.
If you are traveling from the North: Exit off Interstate 89 at Exit 16 and head north on Route 2/7. At the third traffic light, make a left turn onto Rathe Road. Immediately, turn into the driveway on the right. 875 Roosevelt Highway is the first building on your left.
An alternate route is Route 2/7 south (from Milton or Interstate 89, Exit 17) and after Blakely Road and Sunny Hollow, make a right on Rathe Road.
Once you reach our office parking lot: Enter the left building with the Age Well sign. Once inside, follow the hallway straight ahead and take a left at the end of the hall. Our office is on the right.
Directions to Green Mountain Surgery Center
Green Mountain Surgery Center is conveniently located next to Costco Wholesale off of I-89, exit 16. The address is 593 Hercules Drive, Colchester, VT, 05446.

Green Mountain Surgery Center
Green Mountain Surgery Center (GMSC) is a separate facility where our physicians perform a variety of procedures, including Colonoscopy and Upper Endoscopy (EGD). It is located in Colchester, VT, next door to Costco Wholesale at 593 Hercules Drive.
Please do not call GMSC to schedule an appointment. All appointments are made directly through our scheduling staff.
