What happens if I don’t show up for my appointment or cancel late? (No-Show or Late Cancel)
If you No-Show your Appointment or Late Cancel (Less the 48 Business Hours Notice), you would be subjected to an Administrative Rescheduling Fee. This fee equals $100 for Procedure Appointments and/or $50 for Office Appointments. — To avoid this fee, please reach out in advance via: email, text or phone.
How do I make an appointment?
Your Primary Care Provider (PCP)or referring provider must first send us a complete Appointment Request. Once the request has been approved, your PCP will fax us the required documentation and we will process it. You will then receive a text message/call to begin scheduling your appointment via a secure chat or telephone call.
